Counting my blessings!

Since Gage started walking, we've noticed that his little legs seem a little bowed. It never seemed to slow him down but he did look so funny when he walked. I was started to get more and more concerned....so I finally asked his pediatrician if this is something that we needed to get checked by a specialist. He had Gage's legs X-rayed and said that he would go ahead and refer him to a children's Orthopaedic specialist in Knoxville, TN. Today was the day! After a long day, we are happy to announce that Gage will not have to have surgery or any correction for his legs! The doctor said that his legs are not "bowed" but his legs are a bit curved inward and will correct themselves through growth! This was the best news ever! He said that the curving of his legs were caused by the way he was laying in the fetal position before birth and he guaranteed that it corrects itself 100% of the time. I am so relieved. I had prepared myself for the worst news...but was praying for the best news! God sure has blessed us once again!
