What a sweet bunch of Firsties I have! It's so hard to believe how little they are when they first come to First Grade! We had a good day! Our day consisted of learning each others names and learning about our new classroom and teacher! We played "Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar?" and I read a cute little story about those "jitters" we feel before the first day of school. The name of the story was "FIRST GRADE JITTERS".
Afterwards, I made us a nice little batch of "JITTER JUICE" to take away all our jitters! YUM YUMMMMM!!!!
